Westcon-Comstor expands cybersecurity and networking portfolio with Infoblox in Southern Africa

New partnership brings hybrid, multi-cloud networking and pre-emptive security expertise to regional channel partners

Westcon-Comstor, a global technology distributor specialising in cybersecurity, networking and hybrid cloud solutions, has announced a new distribution partnership with Infoblox, a leader in hybrid, multi-cloud networking and pre-emptive security, across Southern Africa.

Cloud adoption across Africa has moved well beyond early-stage migration, with more than 86% of organisations reporting medium or high cloud maturity in 2025 and nearly all planning to expand and refine their cloud architectures. At the same time, more than 60% are strengthening cybersecurity and risk-mitigation protocols to protect increasingly complex hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Foundational technologies such as DNS, DHCP and IP address management remain critical to digital operations and must evolve to meet growing complexity and cyber threat pressures facing African organisations.

Strengthening channel’s ability to secure hybrid and multi-cloud

The agreement will enable Westcon-Comstor’s channel partners in the region to deliver Infoblox’s unified platform that brings together networking, security and cloud. The platform integrates, secures, and automates critical network services, helping organisations operate resilient, agile, and secure infrastructures across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.

Through this partnership, Westcon-Comstor will provide partners with access to Infoblox’s portfolio, as well as enablement, technical support and go-to-market guidance. The collaboration strengthens Westcon-Comstor’s cybersecurity and networking offering in Southern Africa, supporting partners as they help customers reduce risk, improve visibility and simplify network operations.

“Hybrid and multi-cloud environments have increased the operational and security demands placed on core network services,” said Nickey Mannya, Director for Cybersecurity and Next Generation Solutions at Westcon-Comstor Southern Africa. “By bringing Infoblox into our Southern African portfolio, we are equipping our partners with a platform that strengthens network resilience while creating new opportunities for growth across security and cloud engagements.”

“Southern Africa is a strategic growth market where organisations are looking to modernise securely and at scale,” said Justin Olivier, Regional Manager for SADC at Infoblox. “Partnering with Westcon-Comstor gives us the reach, channel expertise and local market insight required to help partners deliver secure, automated and resilient network services to their customers.”

A globally trusted platform aligned to regional growth

Infoblox is trusted by more than 6,000 customers worldwide, including 92 of the Fortune 100. Its platform approach aligns with Westcon-Comstor’s strategy of delivering integrated, enterprise-grade solutions that address real-world infrastructure and security challenges.
