Qlik named a Customers’ Choice in the 2025 Gartner® Peer Insights™ Voice of the Customer for Analytics and Business Intelligence Platforms

Qlik®, a global leader in data integration, data quality, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI), today announced it has been recognised as a Customers’ Choice in the 2025 Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer for Analytics and Business Intelligence (ABI) Platforms, the second consecutive year Qlik has earned this distinction based entirely on feedback from verified users.

The Customers’ Choice distinction reflects vendors that receive above average ratings for both Overall Experience and User Interest and Adoption in the Voice of the Customer report, which aggregates and analyses reviews submitted over an 18-month period. Only a subset of ABI platform providers met the thresholds for inclusion in this year’s research, and an even smaller group achieved the scores required to be named a Customers’ Choice.

“Being recognised again as a Customers’ Choice is powerful because it comes directly from the organisations that rely on Qlik every day,” said Brendan Grady, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Qlik’s Analytics Business Unit. “Customers choose Qlik because we use analytics and AI to turn their data into clear, trusted answers that lead to better decisions and actions. Our solutions connect data with context so that every team can move from a question to confidence with speed and control.”

In Qlik’s view, reviews on Gartner Peer Insights describe the company as combining an intuitive analytics experience with the ability to bring together data from many sources without friction. Qlik believes these reviews highlight how its analytics help customers trust their data, see the full picture, and respond quickly when conditions change. The company sees this feedback as consistent with its focus on trusted, governed analytics, a powerful analytics engine designed to deliver context-aware insight, and an open approach that fits into existing data ecosystems rather than locking customers into a single stack.

This latest recognition follows Qlik once again being named a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant™ for Analytics and Business Intelligence Platforms, which assesses providers on their Ability to Execute and Completeness of Vision. The Magic Quadrant and the Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer can provide buying teams with complementary analyst and peer perspectives as they evaluate analytics and BI platforms.

The 2025 Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer for Analytics and Business Intelligence Platforms report will be available upon publication. Organisations can also read individual Gartner Peer Insights reviews to understand how peers in their industry evaluate vendors across experience, capabilities and support.
