Infobip to showcase CXOP as catalyst for reinventing customer engagement at AIE 2025

Infobip, a global leader in cloud communications, is set to make a significant impact at the upcoming Africa Insurance Exchange (AIE) 2025 conference, to be held at Sun City in South Africa from 27 to 30 July. The company will showcase its Customer Experience Orchestration Platform (CXOP) as an essential infrastructure for insurance and financial service providers aiming for a digital transformation in customer engagement.

CXOP enables Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) organisations to handle customer relations through a single platform which goes beyond separate channel-based strategies. By intelligently orchestrating end-to-end customer journeys across every touchpoint, the platform delivers hyper-personalised proactive and predictive experiences. The unified platform operates with automated workflows that direct customers to proper channels and enable self-service capabilities which results in cost optimisation.

“Our CXOP was designed to provide insurance and financial services companies with a solution to deliver modern customer experiences that match market expectations for consistency, empathy and security,” says Dean Baker, Regional Head at Infobip. “The combination of data-driven insights enables organisations to develop stronger relationships which results in increased loyalty, ultimately driving better business outcomes.”

AIE 2025 is recognised as one of the leading platforms for African insurance industry innovation and collaboration which makes it an optimal event for Infobip to showcase its customer engagement vision. Attendees will have the opportunity to experience live demonstrations of CXOP at Infobip’s booth, showcasing how the solution addresses key sector challenges and supports digital transformation initiatives.

“Infobip is committed to helping our insurance and financial services partners reinvent how they connect with their customers,” adds Baker. “We invite all AIE 2025 participants to visit our booth and discover firsthand how CXOP can become the catalyst for their digital transformation journeys.”

Visit Infobip’s booth, located within the premium exhibition area at the Exhibitors’ Court at AIE 2025 to experience the future of customer engagement.
